Danish Ministry of Defence Personnel Agency (MDPA) is an agency under the Ministry of Defence and is responsible for Human Resource Management (HR) in the Danish Defence, Home Guard and Danish Emergency Management Agency.

Our headquarters are located in Ballerup. We have decentralised units in Aalborg, Antvorskov, Ballerup, Brabrand, Fredericia, Herning, Hjørring, Holmen, Hvidovre, Høvelte, Jonstrup, Karup, Nuuk, Oksbøl, Ringsted, Skalstrup and Svanemøllen.

We advise and support the manning of units and missions. We also handle conscripts, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave and internal legal affairs.

We advise on Work Environment and we also make sure that veterans and kinship get the advice, help and support they need before, during and after deployment.
